Our 14-Day Refund Guarantee
We offer a 14-day refund policy on all individual theme purchases. This gives you ample time to fully explore the theme and its features. If you find any problems that we are unable to resolve within the stipulated time, we’ll gladly refund your purchase.
When Can You Request a Refund?
- Technical Issues: If you encounter a bug in the theme and we are unable to resolve it within 24 hours of reporting, you are eligible for a refund.
- Support Delays: If you’ve contacted us via our support system and haven’t received help within a reasonable time frame, we will consider your request for a refund.
- Functionality Problems: If any feature listed in the documentation doesn’t work as expected, and our team is unable to provide a fix, you are entitled to a refund.
- Security Vulnerabilities: In the rare case that a theme has a security issue that cannot be quickly resolved, a refund will be processed.
When Will Refunds Not Be Issued? While we strive to ensure that all our products work flawlessly, there are situations where we are unable to grant a refund:
- Change of Mind: If you simply change your mind after downloading the theme, we are unable to offer a refund.
- Misunderstanding of Expectations: If the theme does not meet your personal expectations or you decide it’s not the right fit after purchasing, a refund is not available.
- Purchase Mistakes: If the theme was purchased by mistake or without full understanding of its features, a refund will not be granted.
- Insufficient Expertise: If you do not have the technical knowledge to use the theme as intended, we encourage you to reach out to our support team for assistance before requesting a refund.
Subscription and Renewal Payments Refunds are not provided for automatic renewals. We send a reminder email 30 days before your renewal date, but it is your responsibility to cancel your subscription before the renewal is processed. Please be sure to check your email regularly to avoid any unexpected charges.
Non-Download Refunds If you have not downloaded your theme within three months of purchase, you may be eligible for a refund. However, you’ll need to provide proof of purchase and the reason for not downloading the theme. This policy ensures that refunds are only issued when necessary and fair.
Refund Process To request a refund, please get in touch with us at support@themesarray.com. Ensure that you include all relevant details, such as your order number, purchase code, and a clear explanation of the issue. We will process your request promptly, and if applicable, provide a refund within 7–10 business days.
We reserve the right to deny refunds in cases of abuse or misuse of the refund policy. If we suspect any fraudulent activities, such as downloading and repeatedly requesting refunds, we may decline the request.
Important Notes:
- Refunds for annual subscriptions are not offered after the renewal payment is processed.
